Une trentaine de travailleurs de l’ICDI, dont son conseiller juridique, ont bénéficié de véhicules non déclarés pendant plus de 8 ans, de 1998 à 2006, révèlent les quotidiens du groupe Vers L’Avenir.
A l’époque, l’institution était dirigée par Lucien Cariat, qui présidait aussi son conseil d’administration. Le relevé comporte les noms de nombreux proches de Lucien Cariat, comme son fils Luc et sa belle-fille, Christian Blondeel, ex-directeur financier de l’ICDI et inculpé en mai 2006 pour faux et usage de faux, Abdelati Laakairi, architecte attitré de l’intercommunale, Jean-Louis Pireau, responsable de l’usine de Pont-de-Loup et Claude Pireau, qui assurait la sécurité de l’entreprise.
